Words for Women of Faith
From a young age, I began writing and never stopped.
As time passed, I married, had children, and went to
work. Between caring for little ones, doing laundry,
buying groceries, cooking meals, and working
full-time, writing was always there—
like a pesky friend—refusing to go away.
I lived the first 30+ years of my life in
Fort Worth, Texas, before moving to West Texas,
a place I love for its Louis L'Amour terrain,
blooming cacti, and glimpses of white-tailed deer.
While my prior writing roles were all work-related,
now that I'm semi-retired, I spend most of
my writing time as a ministry, by the grace of God.
. . .But His word was in my heart like a burning fire
Shut up in my bones;
I was weary of holding it back,
And I could not. (Jeremiah 20:9, NKJV)
